Fiona's Bead Bar

This weblog serves as a showcase for my bead projects. They started mostly as gifts for my friends. I normally do only one-time pieces, so they are kinda "exclusive", if you know what I mean. :) Do check back often for updates!

If you see anything you like, feel free to email me, and we will work something out.

Bead shop in Tel Aviv

I have the opportunity to visit a bead shop here in Tel Aviv,
And soon realized that this wasn’t the only one around.
There are at least 2 more bead shops along Allenby,
Which I found out much later.

Yellow Swirls Earrings

ONE-OF-A-KIND EARRINGS.
THESE BEADS ARE HANDMADE.
I made these beads out of polymer clay, after 3 or 4 attempts, till I am pretty satisfied with the results.

I made them in a variety of colours, only 2 or so pieces each, so I made them into earrings.

Top: Oval shaped yellow with red swirls, with decorative beadcaps.
Bottom: Round shaped yellow with purple swirls, with decorative beadcaps.

Packaging for the decorative magnets

I intend the magnets as little Xmas presents for my friends, but... I just can't get them ready on time!! So they become New Year's presents instead!

Well, I have at least 3 good comments. They love it!

P.S. This one pictured is mine! It is now stuck on my reading lamp.

Decorative magnets

My very first "serious" clay project.
Actually, this means that this project is purely not "experimental".

I use cookie cutters to cut out the shapes, and layered them together, add tiny flowers and viola~~!

Oh yeah, after the baked the pieces, I glue disc magnets behind. Each piece has at least 2 coats of gloss on them. Simple~~! Hahaha!

New Fiona's Bead Bar logo

Ever since I bought this really cheap photo editing software, I have been having this great idea of a logo for my "bead business". I wanted something feminine, soft, elegant, youthful... Wahahahaha~~!
So, a single stemmed pink rose (thorns removed, of course). Perfect!
